CODE OF BEHAVIOR
Participation in all of the March for Life & Winter Youth Fest 2026 events is expected. Please arrive to the events on time. This participation includes respectful presence at the daily mass and liturgies organized for the attendants. (please bring along appropriate attire)
 
If you have an emergency, immediately notify an IVE priest, seminarian, sister or Fairbanks Dioceses Chaperone.
 
Always remain with the March for Life & Winter Youth Fest 2026 group. In the case that you need to separate yourself from the group for some reason, you must have explicit permission from an IVE priest, seminarian, sister or Fairbanks Dioceses Chaperone.
 
Possession of alcohol or illegal drugs is prohibited and is cause for immediate dismissal from the March for Life & Winter Youth Festival 2026.
 
Inappropriate behavior is cause for dismissal from the March for Life & Winter Youth Festival 2026.
 
PHOTO CONSENT
I, authorize and give full consent, without limitation or reservation, to the Institute of the Incarnate Word, Servants of the Lord and the Virgin of Matara and the Dioceses of Fairbanks to publish in productions, publications, on the web, or other printed or electronic materials any photographs or videos in which the above named child appears while participating in the events of March for Life & Winter Youth Fest 2026. There will be no compensation for use of any photographs at the time of publication or in the future.

CELL PHONE AGREEMENT
For the benefit of your son/daughter’s experience at the March for Life & Winter Youth Fest and to ensure that his/her phone neither gets lost nor stolen, we are implementing a “No Cell Phone” policy. Your signature below indicates to us that you and your child are in agreement on allowing the designated chaperone of your parish to be responsible for the collection and securing of your child’s cell phone during their trip. Each group leader will be responsible for properly identifying each phone and making sure it is returned to their rightful owner.
